A digital model is only worth the part you get out of it. Iroc 3D FAB is the shop that turns Iroc 3D concepts into real products: industrial 3D printing, CNC machining, moulds, functional prototypes, custom parts and short runs — with functional validation at the end.

Elsewhere, the design office sends the file to a subcontractor, waits, receives, spots the problem, sends it back. Here, the round trips that cost weeks get settled in the same building — often the same day. That is what makes our lead times and short-run pricing hard to match.

This capability is not reserved for our own products: it is open to any client who needs a technical part, a mould or a pre-production run — including the defence ecosystem through Iroc Shield.

And when a part demands a process, a material or a tolerance no standard supplier can deliver, that is exactly the kind of mandate where we develop the solution — instead of sending the client back to the impossible.
