Iroc 3D FAB is the Gestion Iroc manufacturing division that turns digital concepts into physical, working results: technical parts, prototypes, moulds, tooling, short runs and systems combining several technologies.

Its processes combine industrial 3D printing, CNC machining, assembly, electromechanics, microcontrollers, servers and advanced computing equipment, brought in as the project requires to build, control, program, configure, test or operate a solution.

The division answers a central need in product development: closing the gap between digital design and manufacturing reality. When a model must be built, assembled, programmed, tested, corrected or adapted, keeping the skills close shortens cycles and limits lost information.

It steps in where custom work, low volume, technological integration, a short lead time, or an approach a standard supplier cannot offer, are needed. And when conventional methods fall short, it develops the method, tooling, control or process required.

Our place in the Iroc chain

Iroc 3D FAB is stage 03, Fabrication: it takes the models from Iroc 3D, builds moulds, parts and systems, and hands them to Iroc Prod, or straight to the client.
